Positive: Position, close to the town and beach, but nice and quiet. Bedrooms and living space very nice and clean Great shower

Negative: Kitchen could do with a refurb to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the house. Double bed very hard, and outdoor furniture not very comfortable.
